[Bradford] remote desktop X11 access

I'm running Ubuntu 9.10 / 10.4 depending on the day or what i boot in to

I've tried the rdp using ubuntu's default RDP server and i dont' seem to
beable to do anything but when i quit and reload the actions i did in the
last session have been done ... so i expect its a screen not updating issue
or poor wifi connection
virtual box the mouse locally and remotely move at different speeds making
it ...interesting to use

still yet to try vnc and NX
