[Bradford] Debian Lenny support ends tomorrow (Monday)

I'm likely to have to support a number of people who still haven't
upgraded from Debian Lenny yet. Has anybody done the upgrade
recently? How smooth was it?

And talking of upgrades, I note that the next Ubuntu LTS is due for
release in April. Does it make sense to be upgrading to 12.04 given
the recent talk of new features and how different it will look and
feel compared to 10.04? I've threatened to start using Centos on
desktops where we want long term support, but what are other people's
favourite desktop distros with long term support?
