[Bradford] Website update.

the dev site is looking fantastic,
the only thing I can think of is the url for the IRC   it  uses
irc://irc.freenode.org/#bradlug
it might be better to use
http://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=bradlug so people without a irc
client can still use the chat
