[Bradford] pfSense router configuration

All, 

This issue was resolved off-list. 

However for completeness and searchability sake; the issue boiled down
to Virgin Media not renewing/serving an IP to the new MAC on the WAN
interface. This is a known issue with Virgin Media and typically
requires a reboot of the modem.
