<div><br></div><div>We have a very spritely group of people who meet up regularly at a local volunteer community club for talks and presentations from our members about their contributions to FOSS and Linux-based projects, social meetups for a less formal format and we also have our very own radio show once a month at the local community radio station where we present to our listeners news about IT Stuff from around the globe with focus on local activities, hackathons, events and organisations. If that's not enough, we also have a very active mailing list where we update ourselves with all manners of Linux news and where I got to know about the Linux Voice campaign before it was advertised anywhere! Having not heard of Linux Format before, my interest is now peaked at the possibility of a magazine that caters to my needs.</div>
<div><br></div><div>I have only been a member of this group for about 2 years having only moved here recently and also having only fully changed my OS to Linux 3 years ago! It is very encouraging to receive so much support and observe such dedication from a group of strangers that are now my friends.</div>
