The best place at that time (19:00) is indeed the car-park off Castle Street (the very large one with the large building over looking it), or to be more accurate, off Grosvenor Road, as it's a no-entry on Castle St. If you drive up Castle Street (one-way) away from the King's Head and hit the round-about, then take the first exit and immediately turn left again, going through an arch-way, you'll enter that car-park which, might I add, is free (at that time) :)
