I think the idea of moving out of town may help, although not everyone has transport.<div><br></div><div>Wrexham hire somewhere, but I have heard that on the quiet months it's left to only a few to pay. Liverpool use a sort of community centre, I'm not aware of anything like that in Chester.</div>
