I took it to the Apple shop in Liverpool at lunch. The first guy just<br>
was NOT interested, so I found a second. He sent me to the "Genii"<br>
queue. "We can fit you in next week to LOOK at it.." I wasn't having<br>
any of that. I asked to speak to a manager, explained and they agreed<br>
a straight swap.<br>

I am hoping MBP #4 works ok. To be on the safe side, They knocked off<br>
25% off apple care so I bought that, as a backup to arguing over a<br>
potential #5!<br>

Luckily all my stuff gets automatically backed up by Spideroak (Which<br>
has 2 GB free, and fully encrypted with the key that only you have!) I<br>
recommend it 100% Ideal for those important documents!<br>
