I'd prefer it later, more like 2pm would suit me better.<br><br>Can we have a plan for an exact meeting place, and a location after the initial rendezvous? Saying 'about noon' by the castle gate means people who are exactly on time will have to stand there - at least at the pub meets if nobody else attends for an hour, then you can sit and have a drink. Maybe the initial meet can be at a bench or something near the gates, or a cafe (I don't know the area well so I can't suggest much specifically).<br><br>After the initial meet where can we find you? Castle park is a huge complex of seating areas, sports fields, lakes, cafes, gardens etc. - can we be at least vaguely specific as to where the group will convene for the duration?<br><br>Furthermore it might be an idea for anyone expecting to attend to exchange mobile numbers with the rest of us. I suggest this is done in private emails however.<br><br>Those are some ideas of mine.
