<p>I was a long time fan of Mint but have switched to Manjaro since
they dropped KDE support. I know I could install it myself but
every time I try something breaks or doesn't work properly. Last
time there were no window controls or menus.</p>

18.10 Ubuntu release, which started the discussion on
slashdot about power on Linux. Apparently no one has
focused on it apart from maybe fedora (citation pending).</div>

done with GPU switching, HDD power saving, and some chipset
features.</div>
