[Cumbria] MonkeyIRCD 1.0.4 Release

Hello!

Chunky MonkeyIRCD (http://www.monkeyircd.org) is approaching its 1.0.4th
release!

As part of the final testing, I am making a tarball available for
download so that people can compile it and report any problems to me. 
The tarball is at
http://chunky.monkeyircd.org/stuff/monkeyircd-1.0.4-rc1.tar.gz .  It
will be available until I have enough reports back to release the final
version of 1.0.4.

Thanks for the help from people who have used the channel (Schwuk, Paul,
Matt, Mike, Me and someone else who's name I cannot recall (Forgive Me!)
).
