[Cumbria] IRC Channel

Hokay Peeps!

Cumbria LUG now has an IRC channel on MonkeyIRCD.  The server address is
irc.monkeyircd.org, port 6667, with SSL connections available on limited
servers on ports 7000 and 994.
The channel is #clug, all are welcome and chanserv access will be given
upon request.  It is registered in my nick, and grep (Paul) and schwuk
(Marc?) have access to all the features of chanserv except those only
available to the channel founder.
