Office optimised Linux [1] is a distribution based on Server Optimised
Linux [2] (does anyone have any experience/heard of this?), with the
addition of KDE and the latest release of Open Office. Compiled for i686
architectures (it will not work with the early Pentium CPUs or VIA C3
machines), the distribution fits on one 700MB CD-R. The developers have
taken advantage of the native Flash and PDF export capabilities of
OpenOffice 1.1 to create an
installation manual for the distribution too.

Anybody with broadband want to download this and try it out? (and post
back to the list with their findings of course...)
