First, apologies for the blatant mis-use of the mailing list. I plead 
extenuating circumstances - it's an emergency, and having just installed 
Slackware, I don't have my old e-mails/address book yet.

Trevor, we need players for a LARP adventure in Carlisle today. Five people 
from Durham have just cancelled because their car broke down. If you can 
help, please respond ASAP, preferably by phone (Carlisle 540518). If we don't 
hear from you by 11:30 we'll assume you can't help or you haven't picked up 
your e-mail, and call it off.
