I've been using Slackware for about 10 years now.<br>
Only on servers now, but I once used it as a desktop, before getting a
Mac.<br>

I've used other distros too, through work or just playing about.<br>
<br>
But I'm a Mac user. So you shouldn't believe anything I say about
Linux! ;-)<br>

Primary is meet &amp; socialise.  If people want to bring stuff then that 
can probably be co-ordinated with the organiser - so we don't end up 
with too much stuff to play with - or people can list what they have 
and people can request stuff to be brought that they'd like to play with.
