[Dundee] help!!!!!!

i foolishly uninstalled my bootloader(acronis os selector 5 from the cover cd of an issue of .net magazine) and now i cant get into windows. all i am left with is a text mode GRUB 0.90. the problem: i dont know any of the commands and the help doesnt live up to its name.  i can get into linux via a boot disk however i have lost my windows one.  coulsd somebody please help me with grub commands?(im running windowsME by the way)
