[dundee] Needing help to install / setup server

Hi All,
I'm not (nowhere near) up to speed with installing server software, in fact I'm not sure where to start!
I have a system that i want to use (details below) 
I would like to host my own website with e-commerce software (Zen-Cart) and it's good free open source shopping cart software. I have it working on my site now but have not installed all the items I'm going to sell.
I have been told that making it into virtual servers so i can have a web, print, email and my other 2 pc's all on the 1 box.
This is where it gets beyond my brain cell. Not in my comfort zone, give me web design any day.
If anyone, or 2.... of you out there can help either by coming over or I come over to you I'll be grateful.
I understand that at this time of year everyone will be busy buying xmas pressie's, and not have the time.
It's not urgent, nowhere near but I would like to get it started soon.
I've put the Info below thinking that you may want to know which software I'm running on my site at present.
