[dundee] Broadband With Static IP

I'm not sure if this has already been found, but a few mentioned they
were looking for a broadband provider that would give them a static
IP. I came across https://www.bethere.co.uk/ which has two packages,
both with unlimited downloads and up to 24 Meg download speeds.
Thing is, they didnt give a yes or a no as to whether they covered
this area when I entered my postcode. Anyone have any experience with
them or able to find out whether it might be available here?
