[dundee] iptables and fair network usage

Thanks for the links, however they focus more on PPPoE whereas we have 
PPPoA, I've been asking around IRC and as far as they know, and the 
IPCop website says, I should just upload the firmware and everything 
should be fine and dandy, however... no.
I might try reinstalling IPCop tomorrow and make sure I didn't do 
anything stupid this time. Then if that fails, I'll try Smoothwall, and 
finally I can always turn to something like ubuntu server.

If anyone's interested it keeps complaining about not being able to load 
the kernel module(ERROR: Alcatel USB kernel mode driver failed to 
start), however, how the system is built, I can't load the module 
manually or do very much. If anyone has suggestions on how I might fix, 
or even diagnose the problem. Unfortunately I have to keep running 
around to unplug and replug routers... but yeah...
