I have just received the Fedora 8 kernel update which fixes the
vmsplice system call vulnerability, which I think was damn good of the
Red Hat team to get it out so quick. I have checked my other
partitions of Linux Mint and openSuSE 10.3 but nothing yet, it will be
interesting to see the time differences (days) between the vendors in
providing security fixes.
