[dundee] Compiling GTK+ libX11 not found.. Argh!

I couldn't help but spot the smallest error ever: A typo.

s/preifx/prefix

Sadly I've been there and installed all the -dev things(including libxext-dev) and still no joy. I did have a look over the config.log but can't really glean anything else from it.

sounds like this error

try installing libxext-dev 

if that doesent help. pls post your config.log into a pastebin and 
send us the link. give more of an idea of error.
