I work PT for BT Broadband so I would be willing to go and speak with them and ttry and sort out their issues. Id need some form of monetry return but would be interested in helping if I can.

Unfortunately, their problem is no Internet access (they cannot connect). I 
think they'll have to find a local PC support company to at least get them 
that.
