My personal experience is that I have found that it is not hard for
Microsoft Office 2003 users to use Open Office as a lot of things like
the toolbar etc are reasonably similar. Quite a few members of my
family use both, with very little training required. It is the alien
Office 2007 where re-training will be required for people.
