I too use them. Great ISP. We have a BE and BT line with them with bonding/failover.

Already set myself to a comms provider ;)

They do have a forum which interfaces with the mailing list but it seems "closed": http://forum.aaisp.net.uk/index.php

I use them also BTW, the only slight annoyance I can think of is that
they don't have a forum. they have an IRC channel, mailing list and
Usenet group though that are frequented by people who work there both
during and outside work hours.
