[dundee] 2ND DEC MEETING CANCELLED

I'm sure it will be no surprise to you that the meeting (and AGM) this week,
have been cancelled and postponed until the 16th due to
the appalling weather conditions. it's not fair on the people that will be
unable to attend, to hold a community meeting without them.
