Hola Geeks and Geekettes,

As some of you know we had a AGM, at the last meeting which actually  
raised more questions than it answered.  So it was decided to run another  
shot at it in the next meeting, giving time for debate and chat on the  
list.  We're hoping that this doesn't become a cat herding exercise, but a  
fair and frank exchange.  I think its been clear that there is some  
problems in the society and this is everyone's chances to help rebuild.   
The draft is pasted below.  If you want to put amendments to it then CC  
them to either me or Nick.  Without sounding like a wet nurse, if the  
debate starts to get flame grilled, then we're bring fire extinguishers.   
But apart from that knock yourselves out and get your views across.  If  
you don't then don't bitch later;

Draft Agenda

Change of the society name - i.e FOSS society, The Open Society (THE O.S)

Election of New Officers

Officer requirements, such as a minimum attendance per year

Meeting space i.e. HMC Vs University Campus

Society in helping new speakers establish themselves

Establishing stronger links Ethical Hacking Society and other similar  
society's

Society's role in supporting TayLUG
