[dundee] Samsung's answer to Apple's iPad Patent Design

Apple is trying to prevent Samsung from trying to sell their tablets in the
U.S.A. and Europe through the courts claiming that Samsung is copying their
patent design on their iBad. Samsung is now claiming prior art invoking
Stanely Kubrick's film 2001: A Space Odyssey. Tablet design has also been
shown in the Star Trek Series prior to Apple producing its tablet.

I wonder how many IT patent lawyers will now be catching up on those old
Sci-Fi TV series such as Star Trek, Andromeda, Dr. Who, Farscape etc. and
Sci-Fi movies  to check if  IT filed patents have already been shown earlier
in these productions :-)
