[dundee] Removing a blocked site from an IPCop firewall

I tried that and there's no entry for youtube.com.  I searched for 'you' 
and it found entries containing  'you' but none for 'yout'. Also on my 
Ipcop web front end there is no Content Filter option.

More information I've remembered:  It's set up so that only computers 
with a fixed adress can access youtube.  Will this change where the 
blockage might be?
