<DIV>My brother has tiscali broadband in stirling and the connection is 589.9k a sec. it comes with a usb adsl moden (Sagem 800-840 something or other). The drivers are a abit on the poor side and not much past rh9 and mandrake 9.1 but it aint bad for £23.99. I aint sure about up here</DIV>
