"move ubuntu"... depending on how many personal settings you've fiddled to get just how you like it and how many of your own files you've got mingled in there with it... i'd probably say it's definitely easier to go for a clean install. installing another operating system onto a drive along with the os already there is really easy these days. i say so, because if i can do it, it's gotta be easy ITwise. there are so many partitioner tools that all seem to work flawlessly and easily with lush gui control.

just do a clean install on the other HD, as i would have to mount it first which I assume would be the easy bit. I have Mint running very nicely and don't want to over-write it. <br>I would like to use the other to use as a server, ( never done it but want to try)
