I know this one. (-; The trick is to use mjpeg like this. Also, I've<br>found it works a LOT faster if you put the -ss options first. Strange<br>but true.<br><br>ffmpeg -ss 3 -i hdmothers.mov -an -vcodec mjpeg -vframes 1 -s 150x100 -f rawvideo ./testout.jpg
