It only takes a minute for a member to send an email, this site took quite a few man-hours of my voluntary time, especially the mail archives which contains approx 10,000 emails. If a member cannot spare a minute of his time writing an email then they are not really interesting in contributing. This type of system is used by the Fedora.org (27,000 members) and works well for them. Tonight Arron is giving a talk, the amount of unappreciated man-hours he uses for the benefit of the Abertay Linux Society and the community in general is phenonemal. Why can't people be a supported a bit more.</div>
