Thanks guys. I (almost) have it working right. I compiled a kernel with fbcondecor yesterday and set it up. It works and everything :D
The only problem is that the only theme I can find for it is a gentoo one... and I can't find specifications of the images. I've attempted to make my own one, more or less simple, flat colours in gimp, but it doesn't work.
I'll experiment some more, I'll get it working.
Thanks again :)

long time and it works very well. If I remember correctly, fbcondecor
is the kernel patch and fbsplash is the userspace package. It is a lot
cleaner than the kernel-heavy bootsplash implementations of the past.
It has been quite closely tied to Gentoo in the past but it seems to
have found its way onto other distros now. For Arch, you're in luck. :)
