The University of Antwerp built a Nvidia 13 GPU (graphics card) supercomputer in one desktop for 3D modelling analysis. It performed faster than the University's own 256-node supercomputer for their particular task, just to point out whilst it out-performed a standard supercomputer for 3D analysis it would not be able to compete in other types of data analysis where 3D is not required. <br>
