I always wondered what would be written in their employment agreement, this is Exhibit A from a court hearing this week in a Microsoft lawsuit against a former General Manager that defected to Salesforce.com. It reads a bit like their EULA (End User License Agreement) and I was expecting &quot;click here to agree&quot; :-)<br>
