The full details of what that is all about are already on the site, but in short iPXE is the leading open source network boot firmware. It provides a full PXE implementation enhanced with additional features such as:boot from a web server via HTTP and ATA over Ethernet (AoE) is a network protocol developed by the Brantley Coile Company,[1] designed for simple, high-performance access of SATA storage devices over Ethernet networks. It is used to build storage area networks (SANs) with low-cost, standard technologies.<br>
