Hi Chris,

- From the information supplied below...

grub is installed on the MBR of your 1st hard disk, which contains Windows 
(NTFS).

Your second hard disk has a single partition for linux (ReiserFS)


Ok, in order to help more, can you provide the following information (from 
linux):

The output from "fdisk -l /dev/hda" (it's a lower-case L) and the same from 
hdb (fdisk -l /dev/hdb)

A copy of the menu.lst file as found in /boot/grub/menu.lst
