I agree with Paul, can't actually remember the last time I used Google+ :-/

Mailing list works for me, occasionally Twitter when I check it (tends 
to be once a week normally) or Facebook (although the notifications of 
events are starting to get on my nerves).

I guess the one good thing about Google+ is I get a reminder on my 
Google calendar on my phone.
