As some of you may know, our workplace is winding down. With this in<br>
mind, it is my intention to offer most of our IT equipment to the<br>

Some of the items (PPC macs, miles and miles of Ethernet cable, etc)<br>
will be going for free, some items (PCs, Power-edge servers, etc) will<br>
have a cost attached.<br>

Can I have some general feedback on who is interested in attending,<br>
and dates/times when people would be free to do this treasure hunt..?<br>

Ian has kindly offered transport, but we would need firm numbers and<br>
some sort of meet in town then head up scenario as Ross will testify,<br>
we really are in *the middle of nowhere*.<br>

Prices for items which are being sold range from £5 for dell server<br>
RAM to £15 for the bay networks switches and up to an expensive £55<br>
for a dell optiplex GX620 x64 PC with XP.<br>
<br>
Can people respond on list, and we can get the ball rolling, as I am<br>
keen for fellow professionals/hobbyists to take as much of this stuff<br>
as possible before we break the remaining items down for scrap value.<br>
