I will bring my laptop which also has a CD re-writer (the more 
re-writers, the more can be copied! ;-)) and has now reverted to a more 
stable implementation of SuSE 8.1 than previously....

I shall also bring a set of SuSE 8.1 discs for copying purposes, if 
required.

I have spoken to Martin Wheeler and I am tempted to delay the 
php/apache/java discussion etc. until the August meeting, as the next 
few weeks involve holidays etc. etc. and personally I think it's worth 
getting this setup "right" (in terms of Java deployment, mySQL admin 
etc. etc.) -- if this suits?
