And how is this for a puzzle. I have newish Medion box and turn off the<br>
power (after normal shut down) at the wall. On turning power on at wall,<br>
computer werrs, as though to start, then stops until start button is<br>
pressed in the normal fashion, when all goes as it should. I have never<br>
come across such behavior nor are Medion helpful muttering something<br>
about static. Anyone any ideas??<br>
