Most personal proxies can fake up User-Agent.

This is curious, though; a lot of people are faking User-Agent to
pretend to be M$IE in order to get around braindead Webshites. You'll
find that (nearly?) all non-IE browsers (except Netscape) have an
option to fake up User-Agent.

As a side issue, this means that whenever anyone tries to tell you
that '85%' of browsers are M$IE, they are a fool; they don't know and
_neither does anyone else_.
