I have just returned from a week away and I took the precaution, before
I went, of entering the listinfo by clicking on the URL at the bottom?
of this page. Assuming you remember your password you will, as I did, be
able to alter your personal details - one of the choices being to turn
off the receipt of messages from this list  until your return.
