On Sat 10 Aug, Jim Bailey made the following spurious claims:

Reducing resource usage is at the expense of clear, understandable
bounce messages for false-positives.  Most people don't read more than
the Subject of bounces and conclude "John Smith's mail is bouncing"
rather than read through and find "Content Rejected".  This means you
can lose a lot of mail and have people telling you your mail is
bouncing.

MANY MTAs also don't even provide all the headers received from the
remote host.
