make install is the next step...
I tried to install the drivers anyway but the modem doesn't work...

The reason why I think there is something wrong is beacuse when I compiled 
the driver I received all those

"uart.c:630: warning: operation on `uart_rx_put_index' may be undefined
uart.c: In function `UART_dce_to_char':"

and "clmdrvr.c:481:22: warning: multi-line string literals are deprecated"

When I compiled the drivers using SuSE everything whent smoothly.
