To be honest, there aren't any really bad areas in Wokingham
Thats 'cos the houses are so damned expensive
Pigott road is in a little estate taht I used to drive past every day.
Looks fine.
Elizabeth Road is close to the Church. its closer to town than Pigott
+road

So there you go. That is the extent of the usefulness of my friend 
in Wokingham.
