[Gllug] Linuxconf behaviour on RH 7.3

I haven't tried RH 7.3 as yet but I have been slightly wary of Linuxconf even 
on 7.2.  My advice is to use either the excellent Webmin or the network 
configuration tool.  This is (on 7.2) called neat.
