[Gllug] Booting from SCSI CD

My guess is that your card doesn't support booting from a SCSI device.
It's quite common for manufacturers to have multiple caards in a range,
some with booting support, and some without. They use the same BIOS in
both, and just grey out the boot option on cards that don't support it.
The help may well be the same on both card types, which is why it claims
to support booting.

Of course, you could look it up in the card specs, to check whether I'm
talking a load of crap here...
