[Gllug] Does this list accept postings from non-subscribed addresses?

Here's a question, for the small amount which does get through to the
list itself how many of you actually complain to the offending ISP and
those providing spam support services[1].

[1] If you're using spamcop please don't include ftech.net in on those
    complaints unless we're actually involved in the spam itself. 
    Complaints hitting abuse@ simply because spamcop has decided that
    passing through the list server means we need to get a copy will be
    met with sarcasm at best.
