It is not one of the standard plugins.  If you download the shared calendar
plugin, replace the standard calendar directory in the plugins directory with
the new download.

Then edit the setup.php (or config.php file - I cannot remember which) and add
your login name as an admin.

Then login to squirrelmail and in options you will find shared calendars.
